Your license key

It’s in the email from Polar, the store that handled your payment, and in your Polar customer portal whenever you need it again. Paste it when Just Copy asks, or later in Settings → License.

Moving to a new Mac

On the old Mac, open Settings → License and choose Deactivate this Mac. Then paste the same key on the new one. If the old Mac is gone, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Paste doesn’t land

Just Copy pastes for you through macOS Accessibility. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and check that Just Copy is switched on. If it already is, switch it off and on again.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email hello@justcopy.app from the address you bought with.

The iPhone app

It’s coming soon and has been submitted to Apple for approval. Your Mac purchase includes it when it launches.
