One payment, a license to use the app, a refund if it is not for you.
The license
The license is for your own use. Your key is checked with Polar now and then; the app keeps working offline. You may not resell the app, share your key, or take the app apart to make something else from it.
Who sells it
Just Copy is sold through Polar (polar.sh), our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and license key.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email hello@justcopy.app from the address you bought with. Polar returns the money to the way you paid, and the refund ends the license, so the key stops working.
Updates
Every 1.x update is included in the purchase. A future 2.0, if there is one, may be a separate purchase; that will be said plainly when it happens.
What we are responsible for
We keep the app working as described on this site and fix what breaks. The app is provided as is; we are not liable for loss that comes from using it beyond the price you paid. Your history is yours: it lives in a folder on your Mac, and you can back it up from Settings.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the bottom changes with them, and anything that affects what you bought will be announced in the app.
